Agendas and minutes can be found on the townofeaglewi.us website under the “Agendas and Minutes” tab. They are also available at the Town Clerk’s office. Meeting agendas are also posted at the entrance to Town Hall, at the Post Office, and at Cornerstone Filling Station, not less than 24 hours prior to the meeting.
The Town Hall is located at 820 E. Main Street, Eagle WI 53119. Our office hours are Monday – Thursday 9 am to 4 pm and Friday 9 am to 12noon.
Records can be obtained by contacting the Clerk’s Office, either in person or by phone. It is helpful to the Clerk’s Office that your request be in writing and that it be as specific as possible. This will assist us in filling your request.

Application Forms can be found under the Forms & Applications tab. Bring the completed application, along with a copy of your Servers Course Certificate or a copy of a current operator’s license from another Wisconsin community, as well as the $25.00 fee. You will need to provide photo identification, unless you have your form notarized beforehand.
The Town Park Pavilion Rental Form can be found under Forms & Applications. The fee structure can be found on the form. Once the Department of Public Works confirms to the Town Office that everything is in order, your security deposit will be refunded.

If the burn will be less than an acre in size, a burn permit is not required. You will have to follow the policy that winds must be less than ten (10) miles per hour, there must be a water source, and the fire must be attended at all times. If your burn is larger than an acre, contact the Eagle Fire Department at 262-594-3302 to obtain a permit.
